Mamta Narayan has looked after me professionally for the last twenty years. I have a history of back pain and she has worked with me to alleviate pain and discomfort over this extended period of time, suggesting exercises and treatment plans as necessary. Sometimes the treatment is intensive, sometimes it might only require a couple of visits a year in order to maintain my posture and promote good exercise practices. Always on hand and willing to assist, I highly recommend her to anyone in need of osteopathy treatment.

I went to see Mamta as I was suffering debilitating migraines and headaches which were interfering with my working life and my responsibilities as a busy mom,I am pleased to say that after a course of treatments I am now symptom free. Mamta is a very professional and knowledgeable osteopath.  I was looking for a local, experienced osteopath to treat my back from the ongoing pain that I had for many years.  Mama took the time to listen to me and my concerns and worked with me to find the best way of treating my back.  She was great at quickly establishing why I was experiencing problems and from my very first session I walked away knowing I had made the right decision to see her.  I have never looked back! The pain has all gone and my back finally feels aligned and settled.  Mama recommended a series of exercises to try at home and these have definitely helped me too.  Since seeing Mama, I have not had any repeat issues since and she is also a very friendly and lovely person who is able to make you feel very comfortable very quickly.

I cannot thank Mamta enough for getting me out of a terrible back pain. For almost two weeks I was taking painkillers and muscle relaxants for a severe back pain. One day morning, the pain got so bad that I was not able to get out of bed. Called up Mamta, thankfully got an appointment for the same day. She carefully investigated and found the root cause of the problem, did some muscle adjustments and I immediately started feeling better. The next day morning I woke up with almost no back pain! She is the best in business and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who has back pain and needs to get out of it without medicines.
